Elsevier RSS feeds: the feed URL for every Elsevier journal

Elsevier publishes more journals than any other house, and every journal hosted on ScienceDirect has one feed of its latest articles, addressed by ISSN. The Lancet titles and Cell Press journals sit on the same platform.

How to find the feed of any journal

Find the journal's ISSN on its ScienceDirect page (under the title), remove the hyphen, and put it at the end of rss.sciencedirect.com/publication/science/. If the feed is empty, try the journal's other ISSN.

On our check 677 Elsevier journals answered with a working feed; about 80 did not, mostly because ScienceDirect uses a different ISSN from the one recorded in OpenAlex.
